I lead UX research at the University of Michigan Center for Academic Innovation, focusing on creating innovative edtech solutions for university educators, students, and global online learners. I oversee research operations end-to-end, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver insights that shape impactful, user-centered experiences. My work is helping expand these technologies beyond the university to the broader higher-ed market, driving innovation and scalability at institutions worldwide.

Tandem is an edtech platform that builds high-performing, inclusive teams. Developed at the University of Michigan, it’s used across top U.S. institutions. I led strategic research that reduced onboarding time by 85% and increased user adoption by 48%, driving Tandem’s growth strategy and enabling scalable expansion.
